As part of our standard cover, you will receive a full loss-recovery service, which includes a 24-hour/365 days-a-year helpline, for immediate advice and assistance.

When disaster strikes, a quick effective response can be vital to keep you in business. Large losses call for hands on assistance. Every year businesses witness devastating losses caused by flood, fire and malicious acts. These claims can be complex, and the Towergate Assist claims service provides clients with an independent loss adjuster to work for them. This ensures that the entire process is handled quickly, fairly and without necessary stress.

This service is only available for claims over £5,000.
